License method and scope
For the benefit of all users of the website of the Skill Evaluation Center, all information and materials contained on the website are provided under such copyright license that users may reproduce, modify, edit, publish, transmit, and otherwise use said information and materials gratis, non-exclusively, and without restrictions of time and place, and develop products and services (“value-added derivatives”) from these. This authorization is irrevocable, and users do not need written or other permission from this Government. However, when using said information and materials, the source should be mentioned.
Clarifications:
(1). This license only pertains to copyrights protection. It does not extend to other intellectual property rights, such as patents, trademarks, and the emblem of this City Government.
(2). Users must carry out the collection, processing, and use of personal information, whether disclosed by parties themselves or by force of law, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act, and plan and implement appropriate measures as required by the Act.
(3). Parts of videos, images, music, professionally written texts, and other works may only be used after express permission from this Government.
Moral rights of third persons must not be infringed (this includes the right to be identified as the author and the prohibition of improper modification).
When using the information and materials provided under this authorization, their [moral author] information must not be maliciously modified. If after processing [said information and materials], the [moral author] information of a derived work and its original work do not match, the user carries civil and criminal liability.
The license of this website does not constitute recommendation, approval, or endorsement by this Government of the license users or their value-added derivatives.
